Just that you can kill and man or women but there is a noticeable lack of Children in this game but I guess that this was left out to not have so much controversy that there is know way that the game would have made it out with out an adults only rating. You can drive a train across the whole map and do tons of things that I never would have even thought of being possible. But on to the game after visiting all of the cities I have made the call that I love this game and that San Francisco i really feels like the city but on a smaller scale.
