I saw a flashback of when Eric ran the lights for a perfomance of frankenstein and was brooding about nobody giving the tech in the show any attention. I then killed some more people in the hallways and went into the bathrooms. There was a group of boys bullying a little kid, so Eric and Dylan killed them and let the kid go. When I got to the library the police were outside so the two boys commited suicide. A sequence played showing pictures of the anguish and sadness after the event. After this, the game shifted to Dylan in what is apparently hell. Eric isn't there and his enemies are the monsters from "DOOM", the boys' favorite game. At this point I died and stopped playing the game. The ending was kind of sickly humorous in a weird way, and this game maybe helped with my understanding of why the event happened.Thu, 28 Oct 2010 20:10:25 CDThttps://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4442&iddiary=8374Super Columbine Massacre RPG (PC) - Wed, 27 Oct 2010 20:31:25https://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4442My second session of Super Columbine Massacre RPG is when the actual shooting started. I planted the bombs in the cafe and parking lot after some difficulty with getting caught several times. The bombs didn't go off so I proceeded to shoot people. The people were anonymously grouped into social stereotype groups like "church girl" "preppy girl" "jock type" "openly gay guy". The majority of the victims seemed to be girls, except for the teachers janitors. The violence was sort of all over and undirected. The first person I approached Eric and Dylan decided they liked suddenly and told him to leave. I decided to leave my exploration opportunities for my third session. The whole experience is very strange and the boys' rants only serve to make it more horrifying. The game seems to be serving its purpose: explore the details of the eventWed, 27 Oct 2010 20:31:25 CDThttps://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4442&iddiary=8340Super Columbine Massacre RPG (PC) - Mon, 25 Oct 2010 21:41:42https://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4442In my first session of this game I woke up as Dylan. I looked around my room a bit and found some anti-depressants and a Marylin Manson CD. Apparently the pills are what kept Dylan out of the Marines. I met up with Eric in the basement and got a couple of duffel bags which were filled with propane bombs. I rode with Eric to the school and walked into the school while avoiding the people in the hallway and the cameras in the hallway. I made it to the cafeteria where I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do so I stopped playing. I found the concept of the game incredibly jarring. While I was in the basement a sequence triggered where the two boys made a final recording lashing out at everyone. The environment was just creepy. A quote was displayed upon running the game: "The ultimate act of surrealism would be to walk into the open and shoot at at random" or something to that effect. I would say that "surreal" was the word I initially thought of to describe the feeling of playing this game. Not surreal in the fun "Alice in Wonderland" kind of way. Surreal in the "bad acid trip" kind of way. As for aesthetics, the game looks terrible. The text is difficult to read the game just feels lacking. However, I believe the designer was intending to mimic an old school RPG so congrats on that.Mon, 25 Oct 2010 21:41:42 CDThttps://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4442&iddiary=8267Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PC) - Tue, 05 Oct 2010 13:21:36https://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4397My third session of playing San Andreas consisted of doing a job for one of my gang memebers. Jeffery just got out of prison and is convinced he's a true gangster. Apparently one of his prisonmates stole his book of rhymes he has been working on while locked up. He had me drive to the guys house so that he could teach him a lesson. The guy wound up running away on a bike, and a chase ensued. Apparently Jeffery wanted to be a real gangster, so he started firing on the guy every time we got near. Apparently stealing a rhyme book is a capital offense in Jeffery's mind, but I wasn't going to refuse to help him. When the chase stopped I got shot and wound up at the hospital. The paramedics took my guns and billed me for the healthcare I recieved. I had to go back and try to do the job again, but had no car. The solution I came up with was to steal a car off the street and drive. I accidentaly killed a few pedestrians, but the police didn't see it, so no big deal.Tue, 05 Oct 2010 13:21:36 CDThttps://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4397&iddiary=8199Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PC) - Tue, 05 Oct 2010 13:16:46https://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4397My second session of playing GTA San Andreas consisted of a drive by shooting. In an effort for the grove street families to move up in the gang world, certain actions must be taken against rival gangs. These violent actions are justified by calssifying the rival gangs as enemies. I drove up to the Ballas on the corner while the rest of my boys in the car blasted them. I ran them down and then moved on to the next block. After attracting police attention, I drove to a spray shop to get a new paint job to throw off the police. After finishing this job, I used the money i got from the job to buy some clothes that represented the colors of my gang.Tue, 05 Oct 2010 13:16:46 CDThttps://www.gamelog.cl/logs/LogPage.php?Log_Id=4397&iddiary=8198
