No instructions were provided so it took a minute to get the hang of it - especially with the computer acting first. I didn't see any instructions until after the computer had taken its turn. When I realized it was similar to the board game Risk, I was able to play effectively. After playing for a while, I used the strategy of ending the game at the right time so that your large quantities are on the "front line" and not stuck in the back (away from the attacking front).
