Madden 2007's gameplay is not much different from the previous year. Madden 2006 was the breakthrough year coming out with features such as Hit Stick, Truck Stick, and Precision Passing. There were not very much updates in Madden 2007 except for the modification of the Truck Stick, which became Highlight Stick, being able to block for the primary rusher, and the use of the right analog to kick off and punt. Madden 2007 is basically a match up between two football teams as it's always been. The user who is playing can control any one player he wants at a time and runs plays in order to defeat his opponent.
