However, the game does accurately describe the mindset the boys were in before the mindset the two boys were in before it happened. For example, one of the characters used a Marilyn Manson CD to “inspire impulsive aggression and rage” and the videogame DOOM to “desensitize the process”. Also, while playing the game it shows a video of one of the killers having remorse for what they were about to do. This demonstrated that they know better, but chose not to listen. They knew better, but chose to do the wrong thing which became a decision that affected not only them, but the students, their families and friends, etc.
