gandhi7587's GameLog for Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas (PS2)

    Sunday 20 September, 2009

The second day in morning, I finished 4 tag mission to go on next mission. When I was finishing my tag mission, I experienced that CJ had a problem in the past and he is back in town to fight with other side of gang member. When CJ meets Ryder at home, they were talking about to beat up his enemy. Accidentally, I killed Ryder while I was beating other guys. After my mission failed, so I have to replay again.

I felt like CJ wants to save his family and to control the street. CJ childhood have a bad experience because of his community environment where he was living. The LSPD anti-gang unit after CJ because LSPD knew CJ will get into fight with other gang. The LSPD role in the game was keep the city under control. I thought from game that CJ have responsibility to keep his family safe.

There were 100 tags over entire game and they were all in other city, so I have to steal a car from street. What I learned from the game is that when I steal car, I have to be careful that police officer is not around. I thought game is very interesting when CJ take a car and go to other city. I think game’s view, character, background, and conversation are not appropriate for ten years kids to play this game. I wished I could play this game whole day but I can’t do it because of other responsibilities. I feel like this game is very addictive to people once they start to play. I think there will be more interesting mission behind the game which I can’t wait to see it.

I agree that this isn't a game that's appropriate for children. Do you think it is perceived as a children's game by people unfamiliar with it?
