I started up a new "career" (on medium, maybe I should start on hard?) and was making my way through the easier songs. At the end of the 3rd (you need to clear 3 out of four to unlock the next batch), which I thought I had done pretty well at, the crowd in the game kept on cheering. Longer than the other two songs.... Hmm... that's odd...and then, the screen changes. The crowd wants an encore! Do you have time to give them an encore? Sure! Wow, that's really cool. I wonder if this means that I've unlocked a new song? I think I did. I'm feeling really excited about this and I go on to play the next song feeling quite pleased with myself. And then I'm playing the 3rd sound of the second lot. Still doing quite well..and the same thing happens. Encore! Wow! I'm feeling a little less excited this time around because it seems like you get an encore whenever you're about to unlock the next group of songs. Next group? Same thing. Another encore. By now, the excitement of feeling that I've played really well has worn off. I do have some nagging thought that maybe you get an encore if you play really well on all 3 songs...and maybe I did really deserve it...but I'm not so sure. :-(
