Only really worth it if you haven't played a lot of angry birds before. Otherwise, you should know you're getting Angry Birds - and not much more.

Really?! Yes. I checked it out from the libray, so give me a little credit at least. I was mostly curious about how the interface would work. I enjoyed it (to a certain extend) on the iPad, and I wasn't sure if the experience would transfer across to a traditional console. It does. And quite well actually. Everything about the game is pretty much the same. Not that I was expecting that much to be different. And yes, the noises are still annoying, but perhaps more because they're louder? Fortunately it's pretty easy to turn things off/down, so I'm not really complaining there. I guess what does surprise me is how much "content" there is in the game. The number of levels (regular, bonus, golden egg) is simply overwhelming at times. Especially now that they've added the eagle - giving you a (lame) reason to want to go back and play everything again.
