It's balloon fight. With Tingle (from Zelda). I guess there's a certain novelty factor (and the game is also a Japan-only release made available through Club Nintendo) but the game is actually fun to play. Also, despite my lack of ability with Japanese, I was able to figure out the menus and play a bit. I guess I don't have much to say other than "hey, it was fun".
