Thankfully this was short. Not because it was bad, but mostly because I'm desperately trying to get my DS backlog under control - so games that are short are appreciated.

I wasn't sure what the games title is because the cover says "Hidden Mysteries" and then "Titanic" beneath it. I'm not sure if the hidden mysteries is a series, are there more games to look up? Anyways, as I was googling to try to answer my question I noticed that this game has appeared on other platforms AND that it's not the same in other platforms. This is from screenshots. I'm guessing that the DS version is severely trimmed down in terms of puzzles and areas and things you have to do, which is interesting. I can't recall any other games where this happens - that different platforms are "gimped" and end up with less content? I think it took me less than 4 hours to get through this, so it seems plausible that there are longer versions of this on PC?

As far as the game design goes, I really appreciated two things (their existence, I only used the second once):

a. There's a "hint" button which is really great because it lets you know when you have nothing to do in a certain area. This helps reduce some of the frustration you might get from pixel hunting when you're not making progress.

b. Some puzzles have a "skip" option where you can skip the puzzle entirely if you want. I only used this once and, again, it's a nice way to save on some frustration.
