I have no idea what the game's title means (if anything) in Japanese, but it cracks me up. "Poto" is colloquial slang (not too rude) for butt...

ANYWAYS, it's one of those rotate the world so that a certain piece reaches a specific location puzzle game. Nothing too special or spectacular and, at least in the first dozen levels or so, nothing extra or special added either (there must be! but, I can't be bothered to find out).

As I played I did start thinking about puzzle design and how interesting these puzzles are. You basically can only do one of two things per turn and you generally don't want to undo the thing you did on the previous turn - so, it's a puzzle game where MOSTLY (not always) you just need to sort of think ahead and get the first move right...so, a big part of the challenge comes from the length of the sequence and the challenge in being able to think/plan that far ahead. I know I don't and I sort of feel my way through - but since you start with a 50% chance of getting the first step correct, and so on...it seems like the odds of getting the right answer kind of by change aren't that low? I don't know - I'm guessing there's some math that might help clarify, but it's an interesting puzzle structure in the logica/math sense I think.

kudos for original design to Rodrigo Barria
